When you sign up for the Nodelex waitlist, we process your email address in order to register your interest and to contact you with information about early access, product updates, and the launch of Nodelex services.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is given by actively ticking a checkbox and submitting the waitlist form. Providing your email address and consent is voluntary, but without such consent we are unable to register you on the waitlist.

If you contact Nodelex with questions or other inquiries, we process the personal data you provide in order to respond and communicate with you.
The legal basis for this processing is Nodelex’s legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and maintaining communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, where applicable, processing necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4.3 Security and Operation of the Website
Personal data may also be processed to ensure the security, stability, and proper functioning of the website, including to prevent abuse and investigate technical incidents.
